Ottawa is our starting point
Watchline is an Ottawa-first accountability publication covering public safety, private security, municipal accountability and community intelligence. We examine the decisions and institutions that affect people’s lives, with public accountability at the centre of our work.
Evidence before conclusions
A concern is a starting point for reporting, not a conclusion. We distinguish allegations from established facts, attribute information to its source and make clear what has not been independently verified.
